We soon got to the house and Andy removed his arms and wings from around me. I walked in with him following behind me. All of the sudden Joe ran down the stairs, half transforming as he ran with Pete chasing after him.
“He’s going again!” he shouts to Andy. Pete jumped on Joe’s back, both ran past Andy, pushing him into the wall. He turned to run after them but turned back to me.
“ Patrick’s here to look after you!” he said, before running out of the house.

I sat down on the sofa and turned on the TV. Then a minuet later Patrick came in.
“They went to get Joe” I said, acknowledging his presence.
“Oh, ok” he said, sitting down next to me. He picked up a guitar next to him and started to softly strum it.
“Oh, so you were the one with the guitar” I said, thinking out loud. I mentally slapped myself.
“What?” he asked.
“You play guitar?” I said, re-wording it.
“Yeah” he replied, smiling. Holy crap that was close!
“Oh, cool! I play but I’m not any good, plus I need to learn how to play properly” I said. He looked at me then back at the guitar before handing it to me.
“Put your hands behind your back” he said, adjusting himself so that he was sitting behind me. He slipped his arms through mine so that it looked like his arms were mine.

I laughed as he played through a song, then moved away when he was finished.
“See! You can play!” he said.
“Yea, sure” I said, laughing.
“Hey, you wanna help me?” he asked.
“Sure”, I replied, “with what?”
“Well I wrote these two songs, can you give me your opinion?” he asked.
“Okay” I replied.
“But don’t tell me what you think till I’m done with both songs” he said.
“Okay” I replied

He started to strum the intro, and started to sing:

“Okay that was the first song” he said.
“Okay now play the second one” I said.
“I just remembered that I can’t until the guys get back” he said.
“Why? Do you need their opinion too?” I asked.
“No, I need them cause I need them to play it with me or else the song would sound really bad” he replied.
“Wait they play instruments too?” I asked.
“Yeah, Andy plays the drums, Pete plays bass and writes the lyrics, Joe plays lead guitar, and I am the singer and the rhythm guitar,” he replied, “oh and I write the music”
“That’s so cool!” I exclaimed.
“Yeah….so how’d you like the first song?” he asked.
“I thought you didn’t want me to comment on it until I heard the second song” I replied.
“Well I can’t wait any longer!” he complained.
“No” I said, poking my tongue out at him.
“Please?” he asked, giving me the puppy dog face.
“Oh no, not the puppy dog face” I said.
“Oh yes, the puppy dog face” he said.
“Okay, okay! I give!” I whined.
“Yes! It works every time!” he exclaimed, with a HUGE grin on his face. I gave him my famous death glare.
“Ummm….umm…..sorry?” he said, looking slightly terrified.
“Patrick…..I was just joking with you” I said.
 “Oh…..I knew that!” he said defending himself. I started feeling very concerned for him.
“Yeah sure…” I said, laughing.
“No, really!” he exclaimed.
“What? I said sure!” I said.
“Yeah, but you said it sarcastically!” he exclaimed.
“Yeah, su-“ I was interrupted, when the front door slammed onto the wall behind it. Andy and Pete came in with Joe draped over their shoulders, blood seeping through his shirt. Patrick ran over to help them, while I watched in the kitchen doorway. Then Patrick put his hands over Joe’s wounds and tilted his head back. White feathery wings sprouted from his back and his hands were glowing white...
